This data provides clients tailored, bio-individual plans that help them advance on their personalized path to optimal health and wellness. 

  • NTP' s suggest individual foundational supplement recommendations.

  • NTP's guide clients on how to prepare nutrient-dense foods.

  • NTP's offer resources and guidance in creating recipes and meal plans.
